How to activate the Notifyre auto top-up feature
Notifyre users can enable auto top-up to automatically top up their Notifyre account balance.
Enabling auto top up ensures that you can continue sending SMS or fax as required, as well as receive if you exceed the receive credits allocated under your chosen monthly plan.
- Login to the Notifyre Dashboard
- Select “Settings” on the left navigation
- Select “Billing” from the dropdown menu
- Select “Auto Top-up" from the top of the screen
- Toggle Auto Top-up ON to activate
Top Up Amount
- Choose the amount you would like to have your account automatically topped up with when it runs low by selecting a displayed dollar value
- You can enter a manual value by selecting "Other" and entering the value into the dollar field
Top Up Trigger
- Choose the amount that will trigger the auto top-up by selecting a displayed dollar value
- You can enter a manual value by selecting "Other" and entering the value into the dollar field
- Click
Low Balance Warning Alert
You have the option to receive an email notification when your Notifyre account balance falls below a chosen amount. This is only available if Auto Top-Up is inactive.
- Select a displayed dollar value or enter a manual value by selecting "Other" and entering the value into the dollar field
Note: please ensure you click “Save” to save all changes made to Auto Top-Up before leaving the page as any unsaved changes will be lost.
