Yes. Notifyre supports the ability to set a maximum character count limit per SMS message attempted online within your Notifyre account.
To configure this setting, the Account Owner/ Admin user can:
- Login to the Notifyre Dashboard
- Select "Settings" on the left navigation
- Select “SMS” from the dropdown menu
- Under "General", under the 'Character Limit', toggle this on, to display the option to enter the 'Max number of message parts"
- Select from the maximum number of message parts available from the drop-down: between 1 (=160 characters) to 8 (=1224 characters).
- Click, 'Save'.
💡Notifyre SMS Character Limits set on an account apply only to SMS attempted online within the Notifyre Dashboard. Character limits currently do not apply to Email-to-SMS or API SMS sending.
