Notifyre does not support SMS messaging for marketing purposes related to gaming or gambling services. This includes promotional campaigns, offers, or advertisements sent via SMS.

Permitted SMS use cases

Notifyre may allow SMS messaging for non-marketing purposes in the gaming and gambling industry, such as:

Security alerts (e.g. account login attempts, suspicious activity)
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
One-Time Passwords (OTP)

These use cases are generally considered transactional and compliant, provided they are not promotional in nature.

Use cases that may be restricted

Some types of messaging may fall into a grey area and require further review:

Customer care messages (e.g., support follow-ups)
Account notifications (e.g., balance updates, account status changes)

These messages may be permitted only if they are strictly transactional and do not contain promotional content. Notifyre reserves the right to review and restrict messaging that may violate carrier or regulatory guidelines.

Prohibited SMS use cases

Notifyre explicitly prohibits the use of SMS for:

Marketing or promotional content related to gambling or gaming
Affiliate or referral campaigns
Unsolicited messages

Violations will result in message blocking, account suspension, or termination.
