How to Create and Manage Contacts in Notifyre

Notifyre allows users to create, edit, send a fax or SMS, and delete contacts directly from the dashboard. This helps streamline communication and keeps your contact list organised.


How to create a new contact

  1. Login to your Notifyre account.
  2. Select Contacts from the left navigation menu.
  3. Under the Groups section, click to create a new contact.
  4. Fill in the required fields:
    1. First Name and Last Name
    2. Mobile Number, Fax Number, or both
    3. Organisation (optional)
    4. Group (optional)
    5. Custom fields (These custom fields can then be used to personalise SMS sent to the contact.)

  5. Click Save. Your new contact will appear in your contact list.

 

How to managing contacts

Once a contact is created, you can perform additional actions using the three dots menu next to each contact.
 

How to edit a contact

  1. Click the three dots next to the contact.
  2. Select Edit Contact.
  3. Update the contact’s details and click Save.


How to send SMS to a contact

If you wish to send a contact in your contact list an SMS: 

    1. Click the three dots next to the contact.
    2. Select Send SMS.
    3. You’ll be taken to the SMS sending page with the contact’s number pre-filled.
    4. Compose your message and click Send.

    How to send fax to a contact

    1. Click the three dots next to the contact.
    2. Select Send Fax.
    3. You’ll be taken to the Fax sending page with the contact’s fax number pre-filled.
    4. Upload your document and click Send.

    How to delete a contact

    1. Click the three dots next to the contact.
    2. Select Delete Contact
    3. Confirm deletion to remove the contact from your Notifyre account.
