To ensure fair use and maintain optimal service performance, Notifyre accounts have default daily send limits turned on. These limits apply to both fax and SMS messages and help prevent misuse (spam sending).
What Are Daily Send Limits?
Daily send limits restrict the number of faxes or SMS messages your account can send within a 24-hour period (midnight to midnight UTC).
💡Daily send limits apply to the entire Notifyre account, not individual sub-users. This means all message sending activity across all users under your account counts toward the same daily limit.
What Happens When You Reach Your Daily Limit?
If you attempt to send messages beyond your daily allowance, you will see the following error message in your account dashboard or sending interface:
“Exceed send limit on the account.”
You will receive an automated email notification to the account email address.
What Should You Do If You See This Message?
