How do I know if my fax was delivered successfully?

 

Once you've sent a fax, you can view it's status in the fax activity report in your Notifyre account.

How to confirm fax delivery in Notifyre

  1. Login to your Notifyre account.
  2. Navigate to Activity and in the dropdown select Send
  3. Use the filters to look for the fax you sent, each fax entry will show a Fax Status. If you see the below status your fax has been sent successfully. 
    • Successful: Your fax was successfully sent and received.
  4. Click on the fax entry to preview the fax that was sent. 
You can also download, print or resend the fax from the same screen.

You can turn on email notifications so you’re alerted when a fax is delivered or fails. Follow the steps in Fax settings to turn on email alerts.
