# How much does fax number porting cost?

Notifyre offers fax number porting for both Australian and US numbers. The cost depends on the complexity of the port:

 

### Australian fax numbers

- **Simple port**: **$30 AUD**  
  (e.g. standard business fax numbers with no special routing or configuration)
- **Complex port**: **$110 AUD**  
  (e.g. numbers with multiple services attached, special routing, or additional verification)

### US fax numbers

- **Free to port**  
  There is **no charge** to port US fax numbers into Notifyre.

Once your number is successfully ported:

- It becomes a **dedicated virtual fax number** in your Notifyre account.
- You can send and receive faxes securely via the **online fax platform**, **Fax API** and the **Fax to Email** and **Email to Fax** services.
