With multiple accounts, user roles and permissions can be customised at both the account and sub-user level. **Admins** can oversee all accounts, providing centralised management, while also allowing individual teams to manage their own settings and notifications. ### Create multiple accounts if you require:  1. **Customised Plans and Billing:** Each account can have its own unique fax plan and billing setup, reducing administrative complexity. 2. **Data Privacy:** Each account operates independently, meaning that the fax and SMS data, and files associated with one account are kept entirely separate from others. This ensures that any messages, faxes transmitted through Notifyre’s platform are only accessible by authorised users within the respective account. 3. **User Permissions:** Assign specific roles and permissions to users at both the account and sub user level, ensuring appropriate access control. 4. **Notification Management:** Notifications can be set at the account level or for individual sub users, ensuring that the right people are always informed. *Example of multiple Notifyre accounts* ![](https://support.notifyre.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-11-2025-05-20-40-7012-AM.png?width=670&height=216&name=image-png-Apr-11-2025-05-20-40-7012-AM.png) ### How to create multiple Notifyre accounts **Note:** Only users with **Admin** permission can create multiple accounts. 1. [Login](https://app.notifyre.com/) to your Notifyre account 2. Enter the **Account Name** and **Region**. The account has been create and is ready to use.
