How to fix an overdue payment

Update your payment method and process your overdue subscription payment.

An overdue payment error occurs when the saved payment method cannot be charged.

To continue using your Notifyre services, the overdue payment must be fixed by updating your card details and processing the payment.
 

💡Only users with Admin access can update billing details and fix overdue payments.

 
 

Steps to Fix an Overdue Subscription Payment

  1. Login to your Notifyre account: Use your admin credentials to access the account.

  2. Look for the overdue payment banner: An alert banner will appear at the top of your Dashboard stating that your subscription payment is overdue.

  3. Click Fix now.

  4. Review your overdue payment: You will be taken to the Overdue Payment page, which displays:

    • The invoice amount

    • Your current payment method

  5. Update your card details (if required): If your card has expired or the payment method is invalid:

    • Select Update card details

    • Enter the new cardholder name, card number, expiry, and CVC

    • Save the updated payment method

  6. Process the payment
