Restricted Alphanumeric Sender ID Terms
Restricted Sender ID terms cannot be used on their own (singularly) as an alphanumeric Sender ID.
To protect recipients and comply with ACMA regulatory requirements, Notifyre restricts certain Alphanumeric Sender ID terms. These terms cannot be used on their own (singularly) as an alphanumeric Sender ID.
Why these terms are restricted?
Restricted terms are commonly associated with:
- Fraud or phishing activity
- Impersonation (financial, delivery, or system messages)
- High-pressure or misleading communications
What “cannot be used singularly” means
A restricted term cannot be the entire Sender ID by itself.
