What if my Brand is unverified?

Your Brand requires successful verification by TCR™ before you can proceed to register a 10DLC campaign. 

If you receive an Unverified Identity Status, we recommend reviewing the accuracy of the information submitted. This information can be found in the registration email sent from Notifyre after payment of your Brand registration. 

You can re-register your Brand by following the steps below:

  1. Login to your Notifyre account
  2. Select Settings
  3. Choose 10DLC from the dropdown
  4. Click on Register Brand

If your Brand continues to fail approval, you may require Brand Vetting.
