How Notifyre handles SMS & MMS carrier fees
Mobile carriers (like Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile) each charge different fees for delivering SMS & MMS messages or receiving MMS messages. Instead of billing you separately for each carrier’s fee, Notifyre calculates an average of all these fees. This average is called the blended carrier fee and is then added to the SMS send cost and MMS receive cost, creating a single flat rate per message. This means your cost stays the same no matter which mobile carrier delivers your message.
