A Notifyre account 'Owner' can cancel/close a Notifyre account via the Notifyre dashboard
The user will need to be logged in using their Notifyre 'Account Owner' login profile.
We recommend that you view/download any required billing documents as well as SMS and/or fax reports that may be required before closing your account.
- Login to your Notifyre account
 - Select Settings (left navigation)
 - Select Account from the dropdown menu
 - Scroll down and click Close Account
 - Enter the word CLOSE, to confirm.
 

- Click Close Account
 - To provide Notifyre valuable feedback on how we can improve, please share the reason for closing your account. 

 - Please share any other details you wish to provide.
 - Select Delete Account.
 
⚠️ When an account is closed, you will no longer have access to the account to log in. Contact Notifyre Support for any assistance in account access or to reinstate services.
