Why Didn’t My Email-to-SMS Message Send?
If your Email-to-SMS didn’t reach recipients, check these common issues:
1. Authorized Sender
Your email address must be verified in Notifyre.
Go to Settings → SMS → Email to SMS and add your email address.
2. Correct Recipient Format
For example:
To send an SMS to Australian SMS number: 61487799888
To field: 61487799888@61FKQ4A1.sms.notifyre.com
To send an SMS to Unites States SMS number: 13072221234
To field: 13072221234@61FKQ4A1.sms.us.notifyre.com
Do not include spaces or brackets.
3. Email Content
Keep it plain text.
Avoid: Images, Tables, Long signatures
Recommended maximum length: 960 characters, or 8 message parts
4. Account Status
Ensure: Sufficient funds and character limits not exceeded.
Check SMS Activity for status updates.
5. Distribution Lists
If using a distribution group:
Confirm it allows external recipients.
Verify your email address is authorized.
