How to update your personal details within the Notifyre Dashboard
Notifyre users can update account settings via the Notifyre Dashboard.
- Login to the Notifyre Dashboard
- Select “Settings” on the left navigation
- Select “Account” from the dropdown menu
- Select the “General” tab on the top of the page
- Account ID, Account Name and Email Address cannot be changed. See 💡 below to modify these settings.
- Time Zone: select your time zone from the dropdown menu.
- Business Name: enter/edit business name.
- ABN/ACN: enter/edit business name.
- Phone Number: select your country code from the dropdown menu and then enter/edit your phone number
- Business Address: search location or enter/edit address manually.
⚠️ Please be sure “Save” changes made to General Account Settings before leaving the page as any unsaved changes will be lost.
💡 If you wish to edit your Account ID, Account Name and Email Address, please click on your account name (top right hand corner of your dashboard), select Profile, edit details and remember to Save changes.
