How to Reset Your Password

Resetting your Notifyre account password

Notifyre users can easily change, update or reset their password via the Notifyre dashboard or via an email recovery process for users who have forgotten their password.

If you have forgotten your password:  

  • Go to the Notifyre login page 
  • Click “Forgot Password?” 
  • Enter the email address associated with your Notifyre account into the field  
  • Click “Reset Password
  • An email with a password reset link and six-digit verification code will be sent to the entered email address.  

Note: the verification code is valid for 24 hours. After this time, you will need to repeat the above steps to receive a new verification code. 

  • Open the ‘Reset Password Link’ email in your preferred email client  
  • Copy the six-digit verification code 
  • Click “Reset Password
  • Paste the six-digit verification code into the form
  • Enter a new password into the “New Password field. Please ensure your new password has a minimum of 8 characters and contains a mixture of uppercase, lowercase, letters, numbers and at least one special character. 
  • Re-enter your new password into the “Confirm Password field 
  • Click “Update Password” 

Updating or changing your password via the Notifyre dashboard: 

  • Login to the Notifyre Dashboard 
  • Select “Settings” on the left navigation 
  • Select “Account” from the dropdown menu 
  • Select the “Security” tab on the top of the page
  • Enter your current password
  • Enter your new password. Please ensure your new password has a minimum of 8 characters and contains a mixture of uppercase, lowercase, letters, numbers and at least one special character
  • Re-enter your new password to confirm
  • Click
