How to view and manage Notifyre subscriptions
All Notifyre users can access their active, pending, scheduled to be cancelled and cancelled Notifyre plans through the Subscription Settings within the Notifyre dashboard.
- Login to the Notifyre Dashboard
- Select “Settings” on the left navigation
- Select “Billing” from the dropdown menu
- Select the “Subscriptions” tab at the top of the page
Additional options:
- To cancel a plan, select
on the plan that you would like to cancel and select ”Cancel Subscription” from the dropdown menu
Header Descriptions
Name – The name of the plan that you have purchased
Description – Appears blank unless a Virtual Mobile Number or Fax Number has been purchased where it will then display the Number
Status – Displays the current status of the plan. Ie; Active, Pending, Scheduled to be Cancelled or Cancelled
Price – The monthly price you pay for the active plan
Plan Renewal Date – The date the plan is due for renewal
