Fax Send File Types
Learn about the accepted file types for sending faxes with Notifyre.
When sending a fax through Notifyre, it’s important to ensure your document is in a supported format and meets the platform’s size and layout requirements. This helps ensure successful delivery and clear readability for the recipient.
Document formatting
- Recommend file type: PDF
- Ensure your document is sized to A4 standard dimensions
- For documents with images, logos, or detailed content, enable High Quality Fax during the send process for improved clarity
Maximum file size
- The maximum file size for any fax document is 100MB
- The maximum number of pages per fax is 500 pages.
- Larger files may fail to upload or send

Troubleshooting file upload issues
If your file isn’t uploading or sending correctly:
- Check the file format – Ensure it’s one of the supported types listed above
- Check the file size – The maximum file size is 100MB
