Add & Manage Fax Numbers

Learn how to order, port and manage fax numbers.

Notifyre offers fax numbers in:

  • Australia -All states and territories
  • United States – All states
  • Other countries – Contact our team to arrange a fax number

If a number isn’t immediately available, our team can place an order for a fax number with your preferred area code.

How to add a new fax number (when setting up a receive fax plan)

  1. Navigate to Plans and choose a receive fax plan 
  2. Click Choose your number
  3. Select the Country and Region from the dropdown menus. (Notifyre supports fax numbers in Australia and United States)
  4. Click Search to view available numbers and check the box to select a fax number (multi select available).
  5. Click Next
  6. Enter the service location address and click Add to cart
  7. Review your order and click Pay Now to complete the purchase.

How to add additional fax numbers to an existing plan

  1. Login to Notifyre
  2. Select Settings on the left navigation 
  3. Select Numbers from the dropdown menu

  4. Click + Add New
  5. Select the Country and Region from the dropdown menus. (Notifyre supports fax numbers in Australia and United States)
  6. Click Search to view available numbers and check the box to select a fax number (multi select available). 
  7. Click Next
  8. Enter the service location address and click Add to cart
  9. Review your order and click Pay Now to complete the purchase.

💡Understanding billing for additional fax numbers

Each additional fax number has a charge, which is pro‑rated to match your current plan renewal date.

Example:
If your plan renews on the 10th of the month and you add a fax number on the 5th, you’ll pay a partial amount straight away. On the 10th, you’ll be charged the full amount for all active numbers.

How to cancel a fax number

  1. Select the fax number you wish to cancel by checking the box.
  2. Click Actions, then select Cancel Number.
  3. Confirm by selecting Cancel.

⚠️When cancelling a fax number from your Notifyre Account, you will no longer be able to receive faxes or use this Fax Number. If you wish to re-acquire the use of this fax number, please contact Notifyre. Terms & Conditions apply.
