How to add a new fax number or port an existing fax number to Notifyre

Notifyre users can add a new fax number or multiple fax numbers to their account, port existing fax numbers to their account and cancel a fax number through the Dashboard.

• Login to the Notifyre Dashboard 
• Select “Fax” on the left navigation 
• Select “Numbers” from the dropdown menu 

Note: you will first need to add a fax receive plan to your Notifyre account before you can add a fax number or port a fax number to Notifyre.

To add a new fax number to your Notifyre account: 

• Select  at the top of the page 
• Select the required Country of your fax number by using the ‘Country’ dropdown 
• Select the required City for your fax number by using the ‘City’ dropdown 
• Select “Search” to search for available fax numbers in the country and city required 
• When you have chosen a new fax number from the list of available numbers, select “Add to cart” and proceed to purchase 
• Click “Pay Now” 

To port an existing Fax Number to your Notifyre Account: 

• Select  at the top of the page 
• Complete “Porting Requirements” by selecting the appropriate check boxes  
• Complete “Fax Number Details” by entering the details of the fax number you wish to port 
• After you have read Notifyre’s Fax Number Porting Terms and Conditions, select the check boxes and select “I Accept” 
• From here, you can select “Submit Another Port” to submit another fax number port request, “Choose New Numbers” to add a new fax number to your Notifyre account or select “Checkout” and proceed to purchase 
• Click “Pay Now”  

To cancel a fax number: 

• Select the fax number you wish to cancel by selecting the appropriate check box 
• Select “Actions” 
• Select “Cancel Number” from the dropdown menu 
• Select “Cancel”
