A simple port applies to fax numbers with a straightforward setup, such as:
- Standard business fax lines
- No additional services or routing
- No special hardware or digital hosting

Complex fax number porting
A complex port involves fax numbers with advanced configurations or additional services, including but not limited to:
- Duet services (fax and voice on the same line)
- Line Hunt
- In-dial ranges
- On Ramp services
- ISDN connections
- Digitally hosted numbers
Cost: $110 AUD
