Switching between Notifyre accounts

Learn how to switch between Notifyre accounts that you can access.

Anyone with access to multiple accounts, such as different business units, departments, or client profiles, can easily switch between accounts without needing to log out and back in.

This feature is especially useful for:
  • Businesses managing multiple brands or locations
  • Agencies or service providers handling client communications
  • Admins overseeing separate fax or SMS workflows
  • Users invited to collaborate across different Notifyre accounts

How to switch accounts

Switching accounts does not affect your login credentials. You’ll remain signed in and can switch back at any time.

  1. Login to your Notifyre account
  2. Navigate to the top left of the dashboard and click on your Account name 
  3. Select an Account from the dropdown menu
  4. Click the account that you want to switch to and you will automatically be switched to the chosen account.

💡If the switch doesn’t happen immediately, try refreshing your browser to load the new account view.

If you believe you should have access to another account but don’t see it listed, contact your Account Owner or Admin for assistance.
