Brand registration status

Before you can register a 10DLC campaign to send SMS messages in the United States, your Brand must be verified

Once you've submitted your Brand details, you can easily check the status of your registration in your Notifyre account.

How to check your Brand registration status

After submitting your Brand details, you can check the status of your registration. 

  1. Login to your Notifyre account
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select 10DLC 
  4. View the brand from the table.  

Understanding Brand Statuses

  • Pending – Your Brand details have been submitted and are currently under review by The Campaign Registry™
  • Unverified – Your Brand could not be verified. This may be due to incorrect or incomplete information
  • Verified – Your Brand has been successfully verified and you can now begin Campaign registration

How long does Brand Verification take?

Brand verification typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 business days, depending on the information provided and TCR processing times.

If your Brand status shows as Unverified, please contact our Support Team for assistance with reviewing and resubmitting your details.
