Changing or Resetting your Current Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for all accounts and users. If a Notifyre account Owner or Sub User need to change or reset their current multi-factor authentication active on a user login the following options are available. 

If you have access to login using the current MFA code: 

  1. Login to your Notifyre account using your current MFA method.
  2. Navigate to Profile (top right corner) -> select the Security tab. You can multiple MFA methods as needed. Be sure to label each device to keep track of which user is associated with each method. 
  3. Once you have added an alternative multi-factor authentication method, you will be able to select the three dots to the right of the authentication you wish to remove. 

If the code you are entering is displaying an error 'Invalid code', and you need to reset your current MFA: 

  1. If you only have 1 authentication method configured and this displays an error 'invalid code', please contact Notifyre Support.
