Managing Multi-Factor Authentication
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for all Notifyre accounts and sub-users to ensure secure access to your account. If you need to change, add, or reset your MFA method, follow the steps below based on your access status.
If you can still login using your current MFA code:
- Login to your Notifyre account using your current MFA method
- Click your Profile in the top right corner of the dashboard
- Select the Security tab
- Click Add Method to set up an additional MFA method (e.g. Authenticator App or SMS)
- Label each method clearly to identify which device or user it belongs to
- Once added, click the three dots next to the method you wish to remove
- Select Remove to delete the old MFA method
💡 You can have multiple MFA methods active at once for flexibility and backup access.
If you cannot login due to an Invalid MFA Code
If you're receiving an "Invalid code" error and only have one MFA method configured:
- You will need to contact Notifyre Support to reset your MFA
- This ensures your account remains secure and protected from unauthorised access
