What happens when my Notifyre account balance drops to zero?

If your Notifyre account balance reaches $0, you will be unable to send any SMS or fax messages until you Add Funds to your account. This applies to all sending methods, including:
  • Fax and SMS from online platform
  • Email to Fax
  • Email to SMS
  • Fax and SMS API

Avoid service interruptions with Auto Top-up

To ensure uninterrupted messaging, Notifyre offers an optional Auto Top-up feature. When enabled:
  • Your account will automatically Top-up when your balance drops below a set threshold.
  • Funds will be added using your saved payment method.
  • You stay in control by setting the Top-up amount and trigger balance.

Auto Top-up is optional but highly recommended for businesses or users sending time-sensitive messages.
