What if my 10DLC Campaign is not approved?

Note: A Campaign must be approved before SMS can be sent using a 10DLC. 

If your Campaign is not approved by The Campaign Registry, our support team will investigate why the Campaign was rejected and contact you with recommendations to edit your Campaign details. 

You can edit Campaigns that are pending approval by  clicking on and selecting Edit in Settings -> 10DLC then selecting the Campaign Tab.  

After updating your Campaign details, click Resubmit.
