What if my 10DLC Campaign is not approved?

Note: A Campaign must be approved before text messages can be sent and received using a 10DLC number in the U.S. 

If your Campaign is not approved by The Campaign Registry, our dedicated support team will promptly look into the reason for the rejection. We’ll reach out to you with recommendations to help update your campaign details and guide you through the next steps. 

💡There is no fee to re-submit a rejected Campaign. 

To edit and resubmit a pending approval Campaign: 

  1. Login to your Notifyre account
  2. Select Settings > select 10DLC > from the top tab, select > Campaigns
  3. To the left of the pending Campaign, click on the three dots > select View Details >
  4. Update the required Campaign details > click Resubmit. 
  5. Notifyre will provide a confirmation once the Campaign application has been reviewed by The Campaign Registry.
