What if my 10DLC Campaign is not approved?

⚠️ To send or receive SMS messages within the United States using a 10DLC number, your campaign must be approved first.
If your 10DLC Campaign is not approved, our dedicated support team will promptly look into the reason for the rejection. We’ll reach out to you with recommendations to help update your campaign details and guide you through the next steps.
How to edit and resubmit a pending approval Campaign
- Login to your Notifyre account
- Select Settings
- Select 10DLC in the dropdown
- Select Campaigns in the tab
- To the left of the pending Campaign, click on the three dots >
select View Details - Update the required Campaign details click Resubmit.
- Notifyre will provide confirmation once the Campaign application has been approved.
💡There is no fee to re-submit a rejected Campaign.
