Why isn’t my fax document uploading in Notifyre?

If you're having trouble uploading a document to send via fax, here are a few things to check:

1. File size
   The maximum file size for fax uploads is 100MB. Larger files may fail to upload or take longer to process.
2. File format
   Make sure your document is in a supported file format. Notifyre accepts the following formats for fax sending:
   • PDF
   • DOC, DOCX
   • XLS, XLSX
   • TXT
   • PNG, JPG, JPEG
3. Internet connection
   A slow or unstable internet connection can affect upload performance. Try refreshing the page or reconnecting to a stable network.
4. Browser compatibility
   Notifyre works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. If you're using an outdated browser, consider updating or switching.
