Can I receive replies to SMS sent using a custom SMS sender ID?

Yes, but only if you're using a numerical sender ID. Notifyre supports two types of custom SMS sender IDs:
Numerical Sender ID
- This can be a Virtual Mobile Number or your own mobile number.
- Replies are supported. Recipients can respond directly to your message.
- Replies will not appear in Conversations
Alphanumeric Sender ID
- This is a custom name or brand (e.g. Notifyre).
- Replies are not supported. Recipients cannot respond to messages sent from an alphanumeric sender ID.
💡If receiving replies is important for your workflow, we recommend using a Virtual Mobile Number or your personal mobile number as your sender ID.
