How to receive incoming faxes to your email address

Notifyre makes it easy to receive incoming faxes directly to your email, no fax machine required. All users can enable Fax to Email to automatically receive faxes as PDF attachments in their inbox.

Once enabled, any fax sent to your dedicated virtual fax number will be:
  • Converted to PDF format
  • Delivered to the email address used to Sign Up to Notifyre
This ensures fast, secure, and convenient access to your incoming faxes.
 

How to receive the fax as a PDF in your email

  1. Login to the Notifyre Dashboard
  2. Select Settings on the left navigation
  3. Select Fax from the dropdown menu
  4. Select Receive from the top of the page 
  5. Toggle Receive fax as an attachment in your email client ON
  6. Click Save

How to add additional emails to receive fax

  1. Login to the Notifyre Dashboard
  2. Select Settings on the left navigation
  3. Select Fax from the dropdown menu
  4. Select Receive from the top of the page 
  5. In the Enter email address section:
    1. Type in the email address.
    2. Click the "+" button, then Save.

A verification email will be sent to newly added email addresses. The verification link is valid for 24 hours. If you have not received the verification email, check your junk inbox before contacting support.
