      Creating a Notifyre Account

      How to create a new Notifyre account

      Notifyre provides enterprise online messaging services for businesses. You can create an account online by: 

      1. Visiting Notifyre and selecting “Sign Up”.
      2. Complete the signup process by entering your details.
      3. Your password must include:
        1. at least 8 characters long
        2. at least one small letter
        3. at least one capital letter
        4. at least one number
        5. at least one special character
      4. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. 
      5. Select “Sign Up”.
      6. You will receive a verification email from Notifyre to the email address used above. 
      7. From the email in your inbox, click the “Verify” button. 

      Haven't received your verification email? Please check your junk/spam folder.  You may also click the 'resend verification email' option up to a maximum of 5 attempts.

      Please contact Notifyre Support if you require any further assistance.

      8. Procced to Login and set up MFA for your account.

      9. Enter an account name

      🎉Your account is now successfully created.

      💡For security, Notifyre accounts are initially to 'Limited Access Mode'. Until Notifyre verifies your account, these send limits will apply: 

      • Send a total of 20 SMS Parts (up to 160 characters per SMS part). 
      • Send a total of 100 fax pages.

      Get started with SMS

      To send or receive SMS online, you will need to complete the 10DLC registration steps within your Notifyre account.  

      1. Register a Brand
      2. Register a Campaign  
      3. Order a 10DLC number 
      4. Link 10DLC to Campaign
      5. Top Up account funds to send SMS

      Get started with fax

      Send, receive or both! Add funds to start sending faxes or choose a receive fax plan and fax number. Fax number porting is available for your existing fax number. 

      For accounts in Australia: 

      Get started with SMS

      1. Add funds to your account.
      2. Choose to instantly send from a shared system number or purchase a Virtual SMS Number to get unlimited replies at anytime. 
      3. When ordering a new number, you can also request a Custom Sender ID to display your business name.

      Get started with fax

      Send, receive or both! Add funds to start sending faxes or choose a receive fax plan and fax number. Fax number porting is available for your existing fax number.
