Follow the step-by-step guide below to create your Notifyre account and start sending.
1. Create a Notifyre account
Creating a Notifyre account is easy. Simply fill out your details and verify your email address to get started.
Create a United States account
Once you’ve created your Notifyre account, take a look around the Notifyre dashboard. This is where you can access quick SMS and fax sending and view your overall SMS and fax usage.

United States Region: Using a Notifyre shared system number is not available for sending SMS within the United States. To send SMS in the United States a 10DLC Virtual SMS number is required to be registered. Learn more about 10DLC number compliance
2. Add your payment method and funds
As Notifyre operates on a pay-as-you-go system for SMS and fax sending, you first need to add a preferred payment method and add funds to your account.
Login to the Notifyre dashboard
Select -> Settings from the left navigation
Select -> Billing from the dropdown menu
Click -> + Add my payment method, enter details and click -> Save.
To add funds to your account, click , enter amount and click
💡 Enable auto top-up to ensure no disruptions to your SMS or fax sending.
Please note: The minimum required amount to top up is $10 US/AUD dollars.
You can update or change your billing details, including preferred payment method and billing address at any time.

3. Choose a fax receive plan (optional)
Need to receive faxes as well as send? We offer competitive fax receive plans to suit any organisation’s faxing requirements:

To choose a fax receive plan, simply:
Login to the Notifyre dashboard
Select -> Plans from the left navigation
Choose Plan based on your inbound fax volume.

4. Choose your add-ons (optional)
Fax Receive Numbers
If your organisation has multiple sites, departments or locations, you may require multiple fax receive numbers. After choosing a fax receive plan, additional fax numbers can be added at just $5/month. You can have an unlimited number of fax numbers, however, these fax numbers are unable to be ported away from Notifyre.
Virtual Mobile Numbers
In Australia sending SMS can be easily done using a Notifyre shared number. However, if you’re looking to send SMS via a dedicated SMS number and receive unlimited SMS replies, you can add a virtual mobile number to your Notifyre account.
In the United States you will need a registered 10DLC number. You can register for a 10DLC number in your Notifyre account. Learn more about 10DLC registration
To add a virtual mobile number to your Notifyre account, simply:

Select Country from the drop down menu and enter the amount of numbers required.

5. Port your existing fax number to Notifyre (optional)
Do you have an existing fax number or multiple fax numbers you wish to move to Notifyre? We make the porting process easy with a quick online application form.
To port your existing fax number to Notifyre, simply:
Login to the Notifyre dashboard
Select -> Fax from the left navigation
Select -> Numbers from the dropdown menu
Click -> Go to Plans
Choose Plan based on our inbound fax volume.
Select -> Port Existing Number
Complete and submit the online porting form and our team will process your order and confirm when successful.
We’ll provide you with an instant active fax number, so you can set up a call redirect and receive incoming faxes without during the porting process.

6. Add authorized senders (optional)
Looking to start sending SMS or fax via email? You’ll first need to add authorized senders by providing us with the email address/es you wish to use. You can add an unlimited number of authorized senders, allowing anyone in your organization to easily send an SMS or fax via email.
To add authorized senders, login to the Notifyre dashboard and access “authorized senders” via SMS settings or fax settings. If you wish to send both SMS and fax via email, the same email address will need to be added in both places.

7. Import contacts (optional)
With Notifyre’s contacts management, you can easily import existing contacts into Notifyre via a CSV file or enter them manually by creating a new contact. The contacts function allows you to easily send SMS or fax broadcasts, or quickly access individual numbers when required.
To import contacts, login to the Notifyre dashboard and select “contacts” from the left navigation. From here, you can choose to import a list of existing contacts or create new contacts manually.

8. Create your API key (optional)
Want to integrate Notifyre’s SMS or fax functionality with existing systems or software? You’ll first need to create a free API token to gain access to Notifyre’s SMS and fax API gateway.
Login to the Notifyre dashboard, select “settings” on the left navigation and “developer” from the dropdown menu. From here, you can create a new API token.

9. Install the Notifyre app (optional)
You can easily send and receive SMS and fax via the Notifyre secure web portal from any internet browser. However, we’ve also built a versatile mobile, desktop & tablet app to work with any device. The Notifyre app provides you with a simple way to send SMS and fax while at the office, at home or on-the-go.
To install the Notifyre app, all you need to do is open https://app.notifyre.com in a Google Chrome™ browser on your chosen device and select “install Notifyre”.

10. Start sending!
